| 1 | each | chocolate crumb pie crust (9 to 10 inches) | premade |
| 3 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/2 | cup | chocolate syrup | |
| 1 | cup | heavy whipping cream | cold |
| 1 | x | chocolate curls |
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended and smooth.
Slowly beat in chocolate syrup and beat until smooth.
Whip cream until stiff and carefully fold into chocolate mixture.
Pour into crust.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Serve garnished with chocolate curls or chopped chocolate.

This is a great recipe! Something different to do with hamburger, easy to make and tastes great. The biscuits actually make a really nice light crust. This one is in my favourites and will be repeated often on my dinner table!
