You can never have too much salad.

It was a chickpea day for me yesterday. Made two different chickpea salads, this is one of them and comes from our member "Franklinfamily". The flavor was refreshingly delicious.

The dressing is so garlicky without feeling spicy or overwhelmed, because the garlic has been cooked in the oil. The dressing works deliciously well with almost any your favorite salads.

Crunchy and refreshing, the coleslaw was slightly sweet and sour. Loved the dried cranberries in it, I also added one peeled and chopped green apple, our guests really enjoyed it, and gave rave reviews. Another delicious coleslaw is perfect for summer BBQs.
