Roasted vegetables give lasagna amazingly good flavor!
One of the best homemade mac n' cheese I've ever had. The flavor of the sauce was excellent. Instead of provolone I use asiago cheese. The bits of feta and spinach made for nice variety. Bread crumb topping added another layer of crunchy texture.
So far this is the best eggplant parmesan I have ever had. The mixture of ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan made the dish so cheesy and tasty...
Cheesy, juicy, tasty and delicious. We used all ricotta cheese, put most of the mozzarella cheese into the filling ingredients, which we really enjoyed.
One of the recipes we found to use up the homemade leftover chili, it came out amazingly good, nice and crispy on top, very cheesy; the chili and other several kinds of sauteed fresh vegetables were delicious mixture, which gave the lasagna huge amount of flavor.
The stromboli is like a giant Spanakopita. Instead of phyllo dough, make a Italian bread dough stuffed with this yummy cheese and spinach mixture. It's cheesy, oozy, and delicious.
