Love this mediterranean style pasta salad! Marinated artichoke hearts, olives, and feta cheese were a delicious combination. The cherry tomatoes and broccoli add the fresh taste, sometimes we add several strips of roasted bell pepper, or freshly sliced mushrooms, or a few coarsely chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

We make this pasta salad all the time. It's loaded with the delicious flavors. Sometimes we add some steamed broccoli florets or asparagus, or a few freshly sliced mushrooms.

Layers of textures and flavors in this salad. Crunchy and fresh bell peppers, sweet edamade, salty olives, feta and nutty pine nuts together make this salad amazingly tasty.

Asparagus is one of our favorite spring vegetables. In this recipe, roasting develops tons of deliciousness from both asparagus and cherry tomatoes, then tossed with penne, peppery arugula and creamy goat cheese with a light vinaigrette. Yum!

This was very good. I had a 26 ounce jar of salsa and used almost all of it. I used the last 6-8 ounces at the end right before I served it.

A good combination, and very quick and easy to make!
