| 12 | ounces | vanilla wafer | |
| 1 | x | powdered sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cocoa powder | |
| 1 | cup | nuts | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | corn syrup, light | |
| 2 | ounces | dark rum |
Crush vanilla wafers very fine.
Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa and nuts.
Mix syrup and rum. Add to wafer mixture and let stand 30 minutes.
Form into small balls and roll in additional powdered sugar.
Store in airtight containers.
