| 1 | cup | swiss cheese | or cheddar, cubed |
| 1 | cup | pepperoni | diced |
| 1 | cup | eggs | hard boiled, cubed (4 eggs) |
| 1 | tablespoon | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 2 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 1 | each | bread dough |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Press out dough.
Pour filling in center.
Fold over.
Press edges.
Let rise on cookie sheet 20 minutes.
Prick with fork.
Brush with butter before and after baking.
Bake 35 minutes, covered with foil.
Bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
