| 2 | each | flour tortillas (10-inch) | |
| 2 | medium | bananas | sliced |
| 1 | cup | strawberries | sliced |
| 3 | tablespoons | brown sugar | packed |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| Topping | |||
| 1/3 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | granulated |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/4 | cup | sour cream | or plain yogurt |
Place tortillas on large baking sheet.
Top with bananas.
Combine brown butter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat cream with granulated sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fold in sour cream. Chill.
Serve tortillas warm, cutting each into quarters.
Arrange 2 quarters on each dessert plate and top with sauce.
