| 1/2 | cup | apricots | dried, finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1/3 | cup | water | |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 1/2 | cup | pineapple, canned | crushed, drained |
| 1/2 | cup | nuts | chopped, optional |
| 1 | x | powdered sugar | or frosting |
Cook apricots and raisins over low heat in water until water is absorbed.
Cool slightly and add remaining ingredients except powdered sugar or frosting.
Blend well and spread in a greased 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes.
Cut into bars while warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar or spread with frosting.
Blend well.
Spread on bars.

This was an amazing recipe. Very easy and delicious! The only thing I had to correct was the baking time. I needed to bake it about 45 minutes.
