I love cooking with tofu because of its versatilities. Borrowed the idea from chicken cacciatore, but instead I used tofu, and it actually came out delicious.

This roasted tomato soup was so flavorful and tasty. Roasting tomatoes in the oven certainly developed some great flavor. Garlic and onions were browned in pan, which added more yumminess to the soup.

The third time we made our own pita bread, this time I ground some sunflower and pumpkin seeds and added into the dough with the white sesame seeds, also added some sun-dried tomatoes, the pita bread didn't puff up too much like last time, but the flavor and the texture were both excellent.
