Well, this is NOT non-fat, but is low fat. It's kind of a Schezuan sauce I guess, of my own invention. If I could figure out how to avoid using the oil it would be non-fat.
Risotto is an Italian rice dish. When it’s done, the rice is cooked through and bound in a wonderful creamy sauce that is made as the starch leaches out of the rice grains and combines with the stock.
