Creamy and tasty peanut sauce can be used in most of your Asian noodle and recipes. Using it as a dip or spread when you prepare wraps is also absolutely delightful.
Pad Thai Tip: For even more flavor, I'll often make a double batch of the pad Thai sauce. Then, as I'm stir-frying the noodles, I'll add more sauce until I'm happy with the taste (I also add extra fish sauce). Any leftover sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
I loved the mixture of the parmesan and swiss cheeses in this. I didn't realize I was almost out of rice so I ended up using 1.5c cooked rice and 0.5c cooked couscous. That turned out wonderful! I thought this would be more "tomato-y", and I used 1.5 cups of tomatoes, but it was still tasty. Also, I didn't bother to peel or seed the tomatoes.
Sichuan peppers is the key ingredient in this recipe, ginger, garlic, scallions and fresh red chili peppers stir-fried with bok choy. Very juicy and tasty, great with some rice or noodles.
