Golden Autumn Soup recipe
Caramelized onions and prosciutto bring the whole potato casserole dish to a higher level, and the flavor is rich and delicious. Serve it at your Thanksgiving dinner with your favorite main course.
This was excellent - I had to add in a few button mushrooms because I didn't have enough portobello's but I don't think it altered the flavor too much. My whole family (including my 3 year old) loved it. I served it over spaghetti that I had whipped up earlier in my pasta machine. It was a very quick and easy dish to prepare that would easily be worthy of company...bravo!
Crunchy lotus root in a very flavorful and rich spicy coconut milk curry sauce, perfect over basmati rice. This recipe delivers huge flavor from some very simple ingredients.
Loaded with sweet and salty flavor from mirin and soy sauce. Garlic and sesame oil add more deliciousness. A bit cilantro and sesame seeds are sprinkled on top just before serving.

I squeezed a bit lemon juice and grated some fresh lemon zest to give it a zing, which actually worked beautifully. Certainly well satisfied our palate and tummy at the same time. A yummy and healthy way to enjoy a stir-fry pasta.
Why ordering take-out, if you can make a delicious beef and bok-choy stir-fry within no time.

This classic Korean dish can be found at almost any Korean restaurant, it's easy to make, and it's flavorful. Assorted mushrooms, Asian chives or green onions and freshly seasonal asparagus create this absolutely delicious dish.
I have been making Thanksgiving dinner for 14 years and have made turkey several different ways. This turkey recipe is now one of my top two favorites! It was perfect for a non-Thanksgiving turkey craving. I saved the drippings to make gravy for open-faced turkey sandwiches with mashed potatoes the next night. Delish!!! Thanks for making turkey fun during the "off-season"!
Earthy swiss chard and heirloom tomatoes combined with basil and mozzarella make an awesome one skillet main course.
This was the side-dish my mother-in law made for Easter dinner, and my favorite. Freshly homemade pasta was mixed with basil pesto, sun-dried tomato, arugula and chunks of fresh mozzarella cheese. It was so delicious and flavorful. Here it is...
A very light, refreshing yet tasty salad, it's also very easy to make. It can be served right away or let marinate in the frige for overnight, it tastes even better next day.
