An excellent finger-lickin'-chicken to dip into your favorite sauce or dressing
Semifreddo is another popular dessert in Australia besides pavlova that I made a few days ago. Semifreddo is basically made with egg yolks and heavy cream, it's rich, silky and decadent. Fruits, chocolate or nuts all can be added into the base, pour into a loaf pan, then simply freeze it until it's firm. It's usually served with fruits, or fruit sauce, or candied nuts.

Blue pumpkin!? We got one from our local farm and came up with this recipe to give a try cooking with it. Regular pie pumpkin can be used but if you find yourself with a blue pumpkin here's a good way to use it.

By using most whole wheat flour, half amount sugar and frosting, makes this Mexican fruit cake much healthier, but still super moist and just enough sweetness for satisfy your sweet tooth.

Chilled Creamed Broccoli Soup recipe
Great salad, looks elegant but is reasonably easy to put together. Loved the combination of textures, crunchy croutons, slightly spicy rocket (arugula) and perfectly dressed with just a bit of tang from the dressing.
Excellent soup. I didn't stir in the cream because the taste was so good without it. Amazing extra flavor of fennel seeds. Thanks.
Homemade cream of chicken soup isn't hard to make and it can't compare to store-bought.
Try this Italian panini that is made with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, plum tomato and fresh basil. Quick, easy and delicious!
I prefer to use panko crumbs for this. I serve the cutlets with both lemon wedges and my homemade pesto.
