One day I ran out of the ingredients, and so I got creative. What I came up with, I looooove. I call it Mediterranean Chicken a la Crock-Pot.
These green beans, roasted sweet bell pepper, juicy cherry tomatoes, and topped with goat cheese, drizzling with some fresh lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and chopped parsley, it can be a side dish or a light and tasty snack.
A refreshing, tasty and light salad is made with crunchy lotus roots, carrot, celery and wood ears, tossed with a flavorful soy-ginger dressing. Make it a day ahead, keep in the refrigerator overnight.
Super quick, and fuss-free. Loved the idea of using parmesan and sesame seeds, also added some garlic powder and black pepper to give the chicken fingers more flavor. I used equal amount of honey and mustard, the sauce was sweet enough for me. An easy and tasty snack that both kids and grown-ups love to have.
Chock full of Italian inspired ingredients. This pasta salad is sure to please.
Looking for this thin brown rice noodles in Asian supermarket. The noodles are cooked with sauteed and browned mushrooms and chicken or vegetable stock. Serve it with some cucumber that adds some refreshing taste!
Quite nice, very soft creamy and delicate texture inside the cakes. The sweet and slightly spicy parsnip and sweet corn work well together. We served them with some homemade sweet chili sauce.
