Low fat coffee cake/4 recipes

An easy-to-make cake which is a perfect way to welcome the Autumn season!

Authentic mincemeat from my Grandmother's recipe. Yields about 4 quarts/litres, enough to make about 4 mincemeat pies.

From the Recipe Talk Forums. I like to prepare this coffee cake on weekends...especially during blueberry season. Served with fresh fruit, it's a nice switch from eggs, cereal and pancakes.
