A rich and delicious home made cream of mushroom soup.

A great dip for dinner parties that can be served with crackers, vegetables or tortilla chips.

Refreshingly delicious. You can use whatever seasonal veggies you have for fillings, such as mushrooms, green peppers. Serve it with tomato sauce.

This very old soup is traditionally cooked on Easter. The flavors of my rendition are mild, however if you like horseradish and more spicy flavor, try to add 2 times more grams than I did.

I use crushed Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs and add 2/3 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar. A simple gravy to go along with the meatloaf can also be made using another packet of soup mix, 2 Tbs. flour and 2 cups of cold water. Simmer until thickened.

Low-fat plain yogurt, chopped fresh parsley and scallions make the dish creamy and tasty. An excellent way to cook mini potatoes.

A bowl of warm chili is made of quinoa, black beans, spices and lots of tomatoes. Serve it over a bed of rice or with some good crusty bread.

Roasted vegetables are always a great side dish with grilled or roasted chicken, beef or fish. It's so easy to make, and fresh veggies taste delicious once roasted at its peak.
