Definitely felt skeptical before making this dish, not quite sure about both the flavor and the texture. Served it with a hard boiled egg, olives aside, and wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil drizzled on top with some fresh parsley. Great!

Great recipe, measurements worked out perfectly. Used the resulting jelly with Apple stuffed pork chops (linked below). The sweet slightly tart would work great with some spice, perhaps red pepper flakes added for a sweet-spicy kick.
