Apple jelly/15 recipes

This recipe comes from Julie Casey, the pastry chef of Tre Vigne Restaurant in basking Ridge, NJ.

Serve with poultry or meat.

Mince meat is always used for making cookies, but they are good for making muffins or cakes as well. These muffins are super moist and flavorful!

Don't let winter creep up on you, and try this fruity drink made with pineapple and orange juice.

It might seem a little odd, but this soup is so flavorful and easy to make! My daughter even loves it :) 3 simple ingredients that's it. 1 bag 15 bean soup dry (rinse and soak in pot of water overnight) 1 can of Rotel (I use mild for a little kick) 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix. Soak beans overnight, then bring beans and about 6-8 cups water to a boil. Add can of Rotel and ranch mix to pot and simmer for 2-3 hours.

Very tasty. I added more walnuts, the salad was creamy, refreshing, nutty and absolutely delicious!

A tasty jelly that tastes amazing with plain or toasted bread. Can also be stored in jars and used as Christmas gifts for your relatives!

Apple pie baked in a brown paper bag. Gently steamed results. A favorite for over 25 years.
