This recipe is my Great Grandmother Thorn's recipe. (GG's mother) So that would make it your Great Great Grandmother.

A great way to use up day old bread. A savory version of bread pudding with spinach and mushrooms that's cheesy delicious.

There are a lot of ways to make granola, this is a very tasty combination, but you can also use dried other berries, or nuts, different ways can always be tasty.

This quiche uses potatoes on the bottom in place of the crust. Swiss chard sauteed with garlic give the egg custard more flavor and texture. Goat cheese on top gives lovely bursts of flavor, very tasty.

Delicious! I find that it's easier to form the cookies if you make the filling first, refrigerate it, roll it into the 1" balls, then refrigerate again. I flatten the chocolate cookie part into disks and envelope the filling balls inside, rolling again. Very easy to make.
