Slightly sweet and sour. Ginger and garlic Asian dressing was super flavourful. The napa cabbage, carrots, and radishes gave the salad a nice crunch. Definitely will be making it again with my leftover turkey. I'm sure that it works great with chicken as well.

Sweet Gherkin Pickles recipe

Baked pork chops with bacon and egg fried rice. Browned on the stovetop and finished in the oven for tender pork.

First time I've paired pork chops with dried fruit. During braising the apricots and prunes plumped up and added a nice mellow fruitiness which paired with the tender pork perfectly.

The whole family loved this recipe! The second time I made it I substituted some of the ketchup with chili sauce with no noticeable difference.

I use crushed Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs and add 2/3 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar. A simple gravy to go along with the meatloaf can also be made using another packet of soup mix, 2 Tbs. flour and 2 cups of cold water. Simmer until thickened.
