Wow, the pot roast came out so flavourful and the gravy was also very tasty. We thinly sliced the leftover, used in sandwiches and wraps. Bravo!
A quick, easy and flavorful salad. I added a bit chopped red onion, and used lemon juice instead of lime juice, and it was very tasty. Next time I will use pickled jalapeno, which I think will make the salad taste even better.

Nice way to dress up peas. The mushrooms, water chestnuts and celery add some needed texture. Just a hint of curry adds some nice warmth but is not in any way overpowering and the chicken bouillon powder infuses the flavor.
These delicious Greek biscuits were so interesting to make, I wasn't sure whether the biscuit would hold together or not, but the result was great. The biscuits were all puffed beautifully and golden-brown. The layer of filling made with feta, roasted bell pepper, and black olives was super flavorful.
