A fudgetastic cake for Valentine's Day.
I make triangles and leave out the mizithra or cottage cheese (too wet for these). Great appetizers if you make them small.
A very decadent dessert indeed. The chocolate roulade was packed with chocolate flavor, and the coffee cream was rich, creamy and delicious. You don't need much, only one slice is enough to knock your socks off.
Cheddar and Parmesan give the bread super cheesy and tasty flavor, buttermilk and vegetable oil make the bread very moist. It's a delicious bread that you can't stop eating after the first bite.

It's an ideal weekday dinner, just throw everything into your crock pot, and push the start button. By the time you are home after work, your hearty and delicious dinner is served.

Yum! I added some sliced red bell pepper strips to give the dish more colour. Used fresh broccoli instead of mixed frozen veggies, and added a drizzle of sesame oil and rice vinegar in the end as well as some sesame seeds. Enjoyed the dish with a bowl of rice, so good!

Quite nice, very soft creamy and delicate texture inside the cakes. The sweet and slightly spicy parsnip and sweet corn work well together. We served them with some homemade sweet chili sauce.

Smooth and beautiful chocolate tart, some chocolate swirls on top with some toasted hazelnuts, you can serve it with some whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream.
Very tasty and easy to make with a lovely colour. Perfect with some pasta and pairs very well with chicken.
A moist, lightly spiced snack cake. I have made this using butter or shortening, and both work fine. The butter method is a bit richer in flavor, though.
