I haven't really saved any of them. Until now. I really really didn't want to lose this one so I'm sharing it with my colleagues on MY favorite recipe site. RecipeLand!

A savory pie made with phyllo pasty, spinach and cheeses. Very tasty and flavorful. The crispy phyllo adds the great texture. It can be served as an appetizer or a simply delicious main dish.

Fresh herbs and creamy goat cheese are stuffed into these fresh baby peppers, roasting develops lots of flavor, and the balsamic glaze adds the extra zing. It can be a tasty appetizer, or can be served with main course.

This pizza is coated by garlic olive oil, sprinkled with Mozzarella and Parmesan, after baking the cheese is melted with the garlic, topped with some freshly chopped parsley leaves, quick, easy and tasty.

This turned out great. Much lighter tasting than a traditional heavy lasagna but very much like a lasagna without the fat and carbs from the pasta. I found a single serving more than filled me up. Like a no-guilt lasagna.
