Meatloaf/2 recipes

This is a dish that was a favorite at our local Chineses eatery. I used to make it with ground turkey (before I saw the light) and have found that TVP works just as well. It's hot and spicy.delicious and just a little different.

This is really a "mock" tiramisu as it is not made with Italian mascarpone cheese, which is traditional. This is, however, a lot quicker and easier (and less expensive).

An easy and no-fail recipe for classic meatloaf with several variations for leftovers. It doesn't take long to make at all, and is very tasty
