Gluten Free Chocolate Cake recipe

Ever since a parent of one of my students brought me a home-made buttermilk blueberry muffin, I've always wanted to make something similar myself. This recipe found on pinterest is exactly what I was looking for.

The carrot cake was super moist and delicious, and the icing was buttery and creamy. Such an indulgence. I guess there are plenty of good-for-me stuff in the cake, so I shouldn't feel bad about eating one slice or two :)
