A delicious meat pie is great at Christmas. Feel free to use ground beef, pork, lamb or a combination of different meats. Make a few of these meat pies a few weeks in advance, then freeze them in the freezer. Reheat it in the oven directly out of the freezer just before serving.
This was a family favorite when I was growing up and became a must-have with my young sons. Zesty thick chili served over Fritos - This recipe will become a family favorite!!!
Crispy golden-brown on the outside, velvety and fluffy on the inside. This technique speeds up cooking and the olives, feta and garlic deliver bursts of flavour.

An easy and delicious German potato salad.
Excellent soup. I didn't stir in the cream because the taste was so good without it. Amazing extra flavor of fennel seeds. Thanks.
Easy to prepare, and the chicken comes out succulent. A delicious weekend meal.
This is a traditional salad dressing with a tangy flavor. You can make it diet-friendly by substituting low calorie or no calorie sweetener for the sugar.
Absolutely delicious! I love pumpkin but hate making pie crust, so this is a great alternative. Very easy, too. The maple syrup is a nice subtle flavor. The honey glazed walnuts are really a nice touch. Going to be using them in other things, too. I presented this two ways, one still in the ramekin, and one unmolded. Thanks for a great new addition to the fall dessert line-up.
Very thin pork cutlets with a rich and creamy sour cream and mushroom sauce. I serve this with sweet and sour red cabbage and parsleyed red potatoes. Guten appetit! Mahlzeit!
Crispy pieces of fried potatoes with bacon pieces and more! Served warm but can eat cold too.
While growing up, my Polish-Russian grandmother, who lived with our family, made these little meat patties quite often and they were a family favorite. Here is my rendition, from what I remember when cooking with Grandma, as she never wrote the recipe down. The patties were always served with mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, and, of course, plenty of ketchup for the patties.
