These muffins are really good, just like recipe says they turned out super moist, the low-fat yogurt definitely added lots of moisture; and without any butter or oil, they were much lighter and super delicious!

Ran out of plums and had leftover so developed this recipe to use strawberries instead of plums that the original called for.

Love miso, the fermented flavor gives the dish incredibly delicious taste. I developed this recipe, and use miso and water as the base, add fresh Asian vegetables, and let boil for a few minutes. I always have the soup with some Korean Kimichi. Here the recipe is.

Old Pecan Street Pecan Pie recipe

Home-made cherry pie filling. Easy to make and no need for a can opener!

I made mine in mini pie pans and used a cream cheese/sour cream topping slightly sweetened with confectioner's sugar. The filling is excellent.

A lower carb twist on a Thanksgiving tradition. No crust! And a tasty pecan and candied ginger streusel topping.
