Well, here's another recipe from my FB page. My thanks to Danielle at hugsandcookiesxoxo.com who adapted it from the "Barefoot Contessa" herself, Ina Garten. (BTW, the accompanying image is also from hugsandcookiesxoxo.com.)

Ran out of plums and had leftover so developed this recipe to use strawberries instead of plums that the original called for.

A yummy alternative to pumpkin pie and I lightened it by using low fat ingredients! Enjoy during the holidays!
