New twist on a traditional caprese, using mini heirloom tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls

Polish-style fried meatballs or hamburgers literally called ground cutlets (pol. kotlety mielone). My latest rendition contains white radish, sesame seeds, and cilantro leaves. It is far away from home, but I think it's healthy to travel from time to time. My cutlets are served with potatoes, yoghurt, dill, and Bayou Carlin coleslaw. Poaching pears in red wine is a classic way to make pears into a dessert. Pears are poached in red wine with star anise, cloves and cinnamon sticks infused, which makes the pears tender, soft and tasty. Serve the warm pear with the syrup sauce and some good quality ice cream.

This is such a simple and classic way to make grilled cheese. I love it. I always add turkey or ham to mine, and have it along with tomato soup. It's one of my favorite meals!

This salad deserves five stars. We made the salad with some leftover roasted lamb leg. The mint-basil dressing was terrific, and it went so well with the lamb. The salad had lots of great texture and flavour...
