A delicious summer standard at our place. Easy to make with a mix of Southern European and Middle Eastern flavours. I use my Cucumber Raita (posted separately) to dress the lamb salad or you can use the quick yoghurt dressing provided here.

This healthy yet straightforward brown rice and corn salad delivers flavor as well as fiber using guava, kiwi, or apples for a touch of sweetness and variety.

This very old recipe is famous for the artistic, decorative sculpture arranged on top. The picture in the cookbook has the upper outer edge circled with a braid of dough and cut-outs of ducks arranged flat on the top.
