These light yet yummy meringue cookies are fluffy in the insdie, slightly chewy and crispy on the outside. No flour in it, just egg whites with sugar make these amazingly addictive meringue cookies.
This cream cheese-based cracker spread is served free at a local pub. It was so delicious that I knew I had to try to duplicate it home after I first had it. At the pub, the spread is served with club-type crackers, but it goes well on any cracker or with crudites.

I have been making Thanksgiving dinner for 14 years and have made turkey several different ways. This turkey recipe is now one of my top two favorites!
