I have been trying to cut down the amount of fat in my diet recently, and these applesauce raisin cookies were perfect. The cookies tasted delicious. Replacing butter with applesauce not only cut down the amount of calorie and fat, but it also added extra nutrients. These cookies have become one of my go-to snacks. Thanks for the recipe!

This bread is sweet but not too sweet. It is not a tall loaf. We like it a lot and plan to make it often, perhaps adding some sunflower seeds next time.
