It was definitely my kind of dessert, it's sweet, but too sweet; vanilla sauce gave some richness, but wasn't overwhelming. The peach-maple filling was so delicious, packed with fresh peach flavor, of course :D and the juicy filling was just oozing out loudly.
Much lighter than classic cheesecake, and it is very smooth and flavorful, nice and creamy flavor from ricotta cheese and sour cream, lemon juice and zests add the refreshing citrus taste into the cheese pie; and the almond crust was flaky, nutty and tangy.
So much healthier than deep-fried, these are baked in a non-stick donut baking pan.
Make these pretty snow flake cookies look more appealing and attractive by decorating them with Christmas icing. They may look too pretty to put into mouth :)

The biscotti turned out delicious, by adding white chocolate really enhanced the depth of the flavor, and also gave the biscotti a softer and creamier texture, which also made these yummy biscotti highly additive. Almond and dried apricots added the rich nuttiness and sweet-sour juicy bites.
We took these tartlets with us to our friends place to dinner, they disappeared quickly, and they were so tasty, almond crust was a hit, and whole milk custard turned out creamy and delicious. Definitely a keeper!
