Tomato and Basil Bruschetta with Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich

Directions
Preheat broiler.
In large bowl combine tomatoes, garlic and basil. Stir in lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Top toasted bread with the mixture and a slice of cheese and place on baking sheet. Broil until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
