237 ml lemon juice
up to 1 1/3 cups

118 ml sugar
up to 2/3 cup

Directions

Chill the evaporated milk in the freezer until almost frozen and is thickened like a malt.

Mix sugar, milk, and juice in a bowl with an electric hand mixer.

Line the bottom of a 3 quart glass dish with a thin layer of vanilla wafer/graham cracker crumbs.

Put layer of pudding next, alternate layers like your making lasagna.

Chill in the icebox a minimum of 4 hours (I prefer overnight for a proper set).

This is just like what my grandma used to make when I was a kid!!! I loved her icebox pudding! Can’t wait to make this very soon!
