Hawaiian pizza lovers, this one’s for you. And yes, pineapple absolutely belongs here.

A ready-made pizza crust gets blanketed with sliced provolone, then topped with thin squares of SPAM, sweet pineapple chunks, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped green bell pepper.

Bake it until the crust turns deep golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and stretchy.

The salty SPAM and sweet pineapple combo is the whole point, and it delivers every single time.

Kitchen Tips

  • Drain the pineapple chunks well and pat them dry. Excess moisture makes for a soggy crust.
  • Cut the SPAM into thin squares so it crisps up on the edges during baking.
  • Provolone has a milder, smoother melt than mozzarella, which gives this pizza a slightly different character. Worth trying both.
