Directions

Sift flour and the dry ingredients in mixing bowl; add shortening and milk and work with hands on lightly floured board.

Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.

Bake at 400℉ (200℃). for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.

Serve warm with butter, or jam if needed.
