rind, grated, a combination of lemon and, lime

Directions

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Put the fillets in a lightly buttered baking dish .

Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper and nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top.

Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
