1E+2 millilitres double cream
15 ml parsley leaves

Directions

Fry the copped mushrooms in the butter for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the salt, pepper and cream and simmer for 8 min until you get a thick creamy sauce. Mix in the chopped parsely.

Serve with steak or use as sauce on hamburgers.
