Not only is this recipe super easy to make – it’s delicious and nutritious too. You can top with a selection of nuts, honey (or more maple syrup) and we’ve also added a sprinkle of blueberry powder.

Ingredients

8 plums, stoned and chopped
200ml/7fl oz coconut milk
12 pitted dates
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 banana

Optional toppings: mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds and blueberry powder.

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Freeze overnight.
