Perogie Fillings, Cheese



Trans-fat Free, Low Sodium


2 cups cottage cheese
or farmers cheese
2 large eggs
slightly beaten
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 x salt
to taste
6 tablespoons currants
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup raisins, seedless


Cream eggs and butter together.

Add other ingredients and mix well.

Note: If using cottage cheese, use only the egg yolks.
