Ingredients

2 small pears
cored, coarsely chopped
12 each apricots, dried
dried, chopped

¼ cup raisins, seedless
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 ounce red wine
sweet

Directions

In medium bowl, combine pears, apricots, raisins, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon, mix well.

Stir in wine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
