Directions

Melt butter in oil and sauté shallot and celery until translucent.

Add paste and tomato sauce.

Mix well. Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min.

Add crab and cook for 5 more min. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over hot pasta.
