Pasta and Sausage Oregano
A quick and easy one pan meal is perfect for a weekday supper when you don't have time to cook up a storm.
Ingredients

pasta, rigatoni

2 | cup |
heavy whipping cream
|
|
2 | tablespoon |
oregano
|
|
¼ | cup |
white wine
|

1 | pound |
sausage, bulk
hot or sweet |
|
1 | clove |
garlic
minced |
|
2 | tablespoon |
vegetable oil
|
|
¼ | cup |
Parmesan cheese
|
Directions
In a pot, cook pasta al dente.
In a large saucepan, add oil, garlic, and sausage broken up with a fork while cooking for about 5 minutes.
Add wine and oregano and cook for 5 minutes more. Add cream and parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce boils. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over cooked pasta and toss to coat.
