This cheesy and scrumptious dish is the perfect dinner if you are late getting home from work.

Ingredients

2 cups chicken
diced
½ pound tasso
or smoked sausage, chopped

¼ cup green bell peppers
chopped
¼ cup red onion
chopped
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 x creole seasoning

cup butter
1/4 of a stick
1 x provolone cheese
grated

1 x gouda cheese
grated
*
1 pound pasta
three-colored, cooked

Directions

Sauté meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
