I have to give this dish five star. The avocado pesto was so creamy and flavorful. The combination of avocado, cilantro and lemon juice was delicious and refreshing. I used roasted sunflower seeds that worked just fine in the pesto. The parmesan cheese gave extra tang. Tossing it with pasta certainly made a delicious and wholesome meal.
