Ingredients

1 cup buttermilk pancake mix

1 large eggs
½ cup active starter

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon baking powder

Directions

Mix well and let stand a few moments.

Drop by large spoonsful on hot griddle.

NOTE: Berries of all kinds can be added to these recipes.

Serve pancakes with syrup and fresh berries if desired.
