Bite sized shortbread cookie with icing and sprinkles.

Ingredients

CUP ML BUTTER
softened

CUP ML BUTTER
flavored Crisco
1/2 118
¼ 59
CUP ML CORNSTARCH

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
  2. Whip butter and crisco until blended.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and mix on medium speed for about 1 minute, increase speed to high for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture becomes dough like.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop and drop onto un-greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
  6. Cool on wire racks completely before frosting with your favorite icing.
  7. Add sprinkles for fun!
