3 – 4 oz. cans Ortega Diced green chiles
4 oz. soft cream cheese
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Additional Optional Items: Sliced black olives, chopped toasted nuts.
Ingredients
1# Velveeta Cheese block
3 – 4 oz. cans Ortega Diced green chiles
4 oz. soft cream cheese
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Additional Optional Items: Sliced black olives, chopped toasted nuts.
Directions
Put Velveeta on waxed paper. Roll out cheese.
Spread with cream cheese.
Add drained green chiles and chopped cilantro (optional).
Roll up and chill. Serve with Wheat Thins or sturdy tortilla chips.
If using optional toppings, put on top the log when ready to serve.
