chopped
2 cups vanilla yogurt
normal or frozen, low-fat
2 tablespoons honey
½ cup milk, 1%
chilled

Directions

Place chopped mango, vanilla yogurt or frozen yogurt, honey and chilled milk in a blender and process until smooth.

Serve.
